Superior Industries has introduced the Super Pulley—built with thicker wing caps, extending pulley life three times that of standard CEMA pulleys. The Super Pulley is manufactured with robotic welds, thicker gussets, and an end disk that adds support to stress points. It also has thicker wings that will not bend easily, helping to prevent downtime and maintenance. The Super Pulley does not need an end support ring, which eliminates another catch point for material.
