This anti-theft device can mechanically lock the drive controls of backhoes. It locks the stabilizer arm of all backhoes in the downward position, raising the wheel off the ground. Two hinged halves surround the exposed hydraulic cylinder and are secured together with a built-in four dial combination lock. The combination can bet set at any number once the devise is open.
