The innovative ShieldAll Return Roll Guard is designed to restrict contact with the return idler while the belt conveyor is running. This roll guard meets OSHA requirements and is designed to allow full access for roller replacement and easy cleaning of material buildup. The UHMW slotted cage is adjustable for a range of idler sizes and belt widths up to 96 inches.
Universal mounting brackets can be used with CEMA B, C, D, and E idlers up to 7 inches in diameter with either 1 ½ inch or 6 inch drop brackets.
