This slow-speed, high-torque shredder is now available on a fifth-wheel frame. Offered in either a two-axle or three-axle design, it can easily meet weight requirements. The increased portability and quick set-up time give contractors more flexibility in employing the machine’s volume reduction capabilities. Its twin rotor unit offers excellent volume reduction and manageable end products in a variety of material and applications with low maintenance costs. It features a 64-inch by 76-inch shredder opening and an electronically controlled auto reversing rotor system that allows each rotor to reverse independently if necessary. It is equipped with a 48-inch-wide continuous belt discharge conveyor and a standard cross-belt magnet for ferrous removal. Diesel engines with horsepower ranging from 325 to 455 are available.
