7000 Series Mini Crusher

The Red Rhino 7000 Series Mini Crusher is a single toggle jaw crusher with a jaw aperture of 700 mm by 400 mm. The 7000 series is 2,200 mm wide and has a loading height of 2,720 mm. According to the U.K.-based company, the machine is capable of providing significant daily tonnage where larger machines may be too bulky or noisy. The 7000 series will produce an output size ranging from 20 mm up to 140 mm. The 7000 series can crush materials such as concrete, marble, paving slabs, bricks, tiles, blocks, stone, porcelain, flint and glass.

Output will vary according to jaw setting, loading method, loading equipment, input material and the familiarity of the loading operator, the company says, but can produce more than 45 ton per hour. The instant hydraulic adjustment lever allows for the quick release of material and adjustment of product size. A hydraulic, reverse action is also provided along with a hydraulic pressure relief valve.

The company adds that safety features for the Mini Crusher are included as standard. Jaw plates are made of 14 percent manganese steel. The jaws are reversible, meaning that they have two lives, says the company. Dust suppression is fitted as standard and is by means of fine water spray nozzles that use standard domestic hose pressure. The output conveyor is simple in design with a molded belt providing strength and durability.

The conveyor system can be removed quickly, the company says. An optional conveyor-mounted screener is available for separating dust and topsoil from the crushing process, and there are two emergency stop buttons located to either side of the machine, and the front inspection cover is fitted with a cut-off switch. The engine cover is lockable and a central greasing point is fitted. Service intervals are every 250 hours.
