Thalle Industries, Fishkill, New York, marked its 40th anniversary during a celebration on April 11 at the Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor, New York.

“At Thalle, we operate like a family business,” saif Thalle Industries President and CEO Glenn Pacchiana at the event. “We value the contributions of every staff member, fostering an environment where everyone loves their job and strives for exceptional service. This dedication translates into a superior experience for our customers who know they are working with a team that truly cares.”

According to the company, the celebration highlighted Thalle’s commitment to providing high-quality construction materials and its dedication to the communities it serves. Describing itself as an “environmentally responsible supplier of virgin and recycled aggregate, asphalt products and concrete,” Thalle says it has become a cornerstone of the construction industry in the Hudson Valley and beyond, with facilities in Fishkill, Montrose, and Elmsford, New York.

Pacchiana also underscored the importance of social responsibility and giving back to the communities that have supported Thalle throughout its 40-year history.

“We believe in being good corporate citizens,” Pacchiana said. “Our commitment extends beyond providing quality materials to actively supporting local initiatives and organizations.”

Thalle Industries supports various community groups, charities and environmental organizations. Most recently, during the holiday season, the company made substantial donations to local food pantries in Fishkill, Montrose and Elmsford. Thalle also sponsors the Fresh Air Fund, providing opportunities for children from underserved communities.

As the pothole-filling season ramps up, Thalle Industries says it is prepared to meet the increased demand for asphalt. Its Fishkill plant can produce up to 350 tons of asphalt per hour, offering a diverse range of mixes, including porous, warm and custom blends. Additionally, Thalle’s Virtual Quarry facilities in Elmsford and Montrose recycle construction debris, including clean concrete and asphalt.

The 40th anniversary celebration was a testament to Thalle Industries’ enduring success, the company says, rooted in its “commitment to quality, community and its dedicated team.”
