Superior Industries Inc., a Morris, Minnesota-based manufacturer of crushing, screening and conveying equipment used in the aggregates sector, has expanded its partnership with McCourt Equipment.
Effective immediately, the 25-year-old Texas-based dealership group will represent Superior’s full product line of washing, crushing, screening and conveying equipment and parts throughout the state of Florida.
Superior calls McCourt Equipment a long-standing dealer for Superior in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, and says the expansion enables McCourt to “extend its responsive sales, technical and emergency support and reliable access to parts to aggregate producers throughout Florida.”
“The McCourt Equipment team recognized the potential in Florida and began establishing their sales and support teams in the region several years ago,” says Jeff Gray, director of sales at Superior Industries.
“In addition to local hires, several experienced team members from their Texas operations relocated to Florida, working diligently to introduce McCourt Equipment to the market and build strong relationships. We’re excited to watch them grow.”
McCourt Equipment’s Florida branch is located in Lakeland, about 35 miles east of Tampa.
Superior Industries operates 1 million square feet of manufacturing space and employing more than 100 engineers. In addition to its Morris, Minnesota, location, Superior has four additional production facilities in the U.S. and international manufacturing locations in Canada, Brazil and Asia.
