The Recycling Today Media Group, organizer of Scrap Expo, says attendees of the 2023 event can save by registering before June 21.
The second-annual staging of Scrap Expo will be Sept. 12-13, at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville. Scrap Expo is a hands-on event for users and buyers of scrap processing equipment that provides “the education you need to understand the processes involved in handling and preparing ferrous and nonferrous scrap.”
Scrap Expo offers 8 acres of outdoor exhibit space and more than 10,000 square feet of indoor exhibit space with demonstrations of baling, shearing and logging equipment and the chance to meet with vendors from those equipment categories and several others.
According to Recycling Today, “On Shear Row you’ll see all the major shear providers and be able to cut scrap.” Elsewhere in the outdoor acreage, attendees can operate and compare material handlers and investigate fully operational depollution stations used in the auto salvage sector.
More information about the event, including how to register, can be found here.
