Rubicon Technologies Inc., a provider of technology-based waste and recycling solutions, has appointed Michael Dulin to CEO.
Dulin was appointed to the Lexington, Kentucky-based company's Board of Directors in November 2024. Osman Ahmed, Rubicon’s Interim CEO, will remain on the company’s board.
Dulin comes to Rubicon with more than two decades of experience in leadership, having overseen growth and innovation in environmental solutions. He previously served as CEO of Circulus Holdings PBLLC. Prior to Circulus, Dulin held the positions of CEO at Hepaco, president and chief operating officer at Shamrock Environmental Corp. and president at Envita Solutions.

Rubicon says Dulin’s appointment is expected to drive its next phase of growth, enhancing its leadership in sustainability-driven waste management and environmental solutions.

Dulin holds a Bachelor of Arts in environmental management, a Master of Science in environmental systems and a Master of Public Health in public health and industrial hygiene, all from the University of Kentucky.
