The Florida Chapter of the National Demolition Association (NDA) will host a meeting July 17 that also will serve as a fundraiser for the NDA Charitable Foundation (NDACF).
The state chapter has invited members and prospective members to the meeting taking place at the Tampa, Florida, location of restaurant American Social.
NDA anticipates “an evening of networking, chapter updates and industry insights,” with the latter including a presentation from Olja Correa from the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), who will offer comments on OSHA compliance assistance and the alliance between NDA and OSHA.
The state meeting has attracted several food and beverage sponsors, including Exodus Global, Genesis Attachments, Linder Industrial Machinery, OilQuick and Powertrac Machinery.
The chapter meeting costs $50 for NDA members, $100 for nonmembers and is free for qualified first-time chapter meeting attendees.
The NDA Florida Chapter has asked its members to RSVP by July 3. A registration form for the event can be found on the NDA website.
