Keestrack to display cone crusher and tracked impactors at ConExpo

The cone crusher produces up to 250 tons per hour.

Keestrack, mobile crushing and screening equipment manufacturers with U.S. headquarters in Krum, Texas, will be displaying the H4 tracked cone crusher and the R3 and R5 tracked impactors at ConExpo-Con/Agg March 7 to 11 in Las Vegas.

Equipped with the KT-H4 cone crusher, the compact, fully automated H4 unit produces up to 250 tons per hour at maximum feed size of 7 inches. With its feeder volume, large screening areas and high stockpile capacity, Keestrack say the machine is functional as either an in-line or stand-alone unit.

The H4’s variety of concaves allows for flexibility in secondary or tertiary production of highly defined end fractions. The plant can also be equipped with an optional prescreen with fines chute and with a three-deck secondary screen module with recycling conveyor for closed-circuit processing.

Keestrack will also be displaying the 33-ton R3 tracked impactor and 55-ton R5 version. Both machines feature active prescreening and will be shown with full optional equipment, which includes magnetic separators, fines conveyors and secondary screen modules with closed-circuit operation (R3: one deck; R5: two decks).

Both direct-driven crushing units are characterized by their large, heavy rotors, large inlet openings and overload protection systems.

The R3 and R5 models displayed on ConExpo will both feature diesel-hydraulic drives with modern load-sensing hydraulics.
