Hyundai adds dealerships in Virginia

Norcross, Georgia-based HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America has announced the addition of four locations operated by Ditch Witch of Virginia to its North America dealer network.

Hyundai says , Glen Allen, Virginia-based Ditch Witch will represent Hyundai compact construction equipment products – including compact excavators, skid steers and compact track loaders – from its four locations serving: central and northern Virginia; the Hampton Roads metropolitan area that includes Virginia Beach and Norfolk, Virginia; eastern West Virginia; and the Delmarva (Delaware, Maryland, Virginia) peninsula.

The equipment maker describes Ditch Witch of Virginia as a provider of trenchers, vibratory plows, horizontal directional drill and stand-on skid steers. Jacob Horton, the vice president of sales and owner of Ditch Witch of Virginia, tells Hyundai the company’s growth and marketplace demand made the time right to expand into compact construction and earthmoving equipment.

“We try to provide our customers with everything they need to get the job done,” says Horton. “The Hyundai compact equipment line brings it all together with even more jobsite solutions. We have looked for the right partnership for some time, and we’ve found it. This is the perfect time for our dealership and customers to pick the Hyundai brand.”
