HazTek
Inc., a Medford, New Jersey-based safety management company, has announced its
Leading Safely program. The program aims to help industry leaders transform
their organizations in ways that reduce risks, improve team morale and open
pathways to better financial performance, the company says.
HazTek says
Leading Safely is meant to reimagine environment, health and safety as a core
function of the construction process. HazTek’s consultants start by helping
leaders and teams assess where an organization currently stands regarding
safety and where they need to focus to fully capture the benefits of enhanced
safety performance. Then they work with the organization’s key leaders to
transform mindsets, modernize safety systems and build safety leadership
skills.
HazTek says Leading Safely
focuses on behaviors and outcomes to include positive mindsets and good decision
making. The program builds on HazTek’s capabilities for safety management and
integrates the most recent insights into human performance and safety system
design and implementation, according to the company.
HazTek Principal Consultant
Matthew Vane Phillips guides and delivers the company’s Leading Safely
approach. Phillips’ experience in transformational change and leadership have
helped company executives, project safety leaders and organizations to develop
and deliver modernizations and advancements in safety approaches that lead to
sustainable breakthroughs in safety performance, HazTek says.
Phillips brings more than 17
years of global consulting experience to the company and has worked with
corporate and government leaders to create results on projects across a range
of industries, including energy, high tech and infrastructure.
