Ontario-based Haver & Boecker Niagara, a manufacturer of screening, pelletizing and mineral processing plants and systems, will highlight its latest screening equipment, technology and solutions for the aggregates industry at the 2024 Aggregates Academy & Expo (AGG1) show.

“Haver & Boecker Niagara is dedicated to bringing state-of-the-art innovations to every aggregates operation,” says Karen Thompson, president of Haver & Boecker Niagara. “AGG1 is a great opportunity to connect with industry professionals about not only their operation but the industry as a whole and how our products offer efficient solutions.”

Equipment showcased includes:

Niagara F-Class vibrating screen: The next-generation vibrating screen features new technology for simplified maintenance combined with maximum performance and longevity. The next-generation design retains the technical benefits the original F-Class is known for, the company says, such as improving performance in material stratification and reducing blinding and pegging.

Niagara Drop Guard wear liners: These polyurethane liners provide 100 percent cross beam protection for Niagara vibrating screens, and the company says they can be easily installed on an entire screen deck in 15 to 20 minutes, a significant time savings when compared with traditional liners.

Pulse Condition Monitoring: The latest addition to Haver & Boecker Niagara’s Pulse portfolio, this technology is designed to monitor the health of vibrating screens using modern algorithms and artificial intelligence. The wireless diagnostic tool is designed to help mineral processing operations be proactive, rather than reactive, when it comes to maintenance efforts, according to the company.

Rhino Hyde liners: Haver & Boecker will debut these lightweight liners, which feature powerful abrasion resistance and offer reduced maintenance and replacement cost for a full range of quarry equipment.

AGG1 runs from March 25-27 at Music City Center in Nashville.
