Daemo America, Riverside, California, has introduced three new attachments in 2015, including the DMP250Q quick-change multiprocessor; the DMS400, 550X and 700 shear; and the DMC230RB crusher.
DMP250Q (Quick-Change type multiprocessor)
With new generation of interchangeable jaws, Daemo successfully developed a remarkable combination of maximum crushing force, the highest speed, and optimal performance.
These four different jaw arms can be replaced easily and quickly on site, reducing the arm replacing time and saving transportation cost to a work shop.
Features include:
- replaceable jaws and tooth;
- four different jaws can be replaced with 10 minutes on site;
- made of Hardox Hituf and Hardox 400; and
- optional speed-up valve (crushing speed is twice as fast).
DMS400, 550X, 700 shear
Daemo new shear DMS400, 500X, 700 has multiple applications for demolition of iron structures in scrap yards. DMS series is designed for cutting large H-beams and I-beams from the job site. The body part is made of Hardox 400 that guarantees durability and reliability even in the most heavy-duty steel cutting operations.
Features include:
- maximized efficiency on large H-beam and I-beam (Maximum 500x500x11x18 size of H-beam);
- strong cutting power for large ship scrapping;
- made of Hardox Hituf; and
- optional speed-up valve.
DMC230RB crusher
Daemo crushers are ideal for the demolition of flooring, perimeter walls and structures of medium height, including vertical structures by using full rotating system, as well as for crushing at ground level.
The lower and upper clamping jaws are made entirely of exchangeable wear parts for maximum productivity. The movable jaw is fitted with an exchangeable ground tooth plate, which in turn is fitted with two exchangeable teeth. The fixed jaw is fitted with exchangeable scraping teeth. Daemo’s new crushers are therefore extremely cost-efficient to use, according to the company.
