Delhi, Ontario-based Titan Trailors recently announced the company has reached an agreement with Colledge Trailers Ltd.,
“We were very impressed with their capability and feel that they have what it takes to be a part of the Titan Trailer family in terms of providing service to our customers,” Mike Kloepfer, Titan Trailer president and head of trailer design, says. “They, like us, are a family owned and operated business and understand our expectations on how important they are to the overall customer experience.”
Geoff Colledge of Colledge Trailers was first introduced to Titan through one of the company’s leaflets. “I had heard good things about Titan Trailers, but when I started to do the research, I liked everything I read right down to the Kloepfer’s business philosophy and Mike’s approach to designing and building trailers. I followed up with a number of emails back and forth to Mike and Sandy Kloepfer and decided to make the trip to
Kloepfer says, “After a visit to their new facility, we feel that Colledge Trailers is geared to our business. Their 2.5 acre site with secure parking (including CCTV) on a major thoroughfare has two overhead cranes, two inspection pits and a specially constructed safety platform to service and repair trailer roofs.” He adds, “But, even more important than their facility is their attitude and approach to looking after the Titan customer.”
