Colledge Trailers to Provide Support for Titan Trailers in England

Delhi, Ontario-based Titan Trailors recently announced the company has reached an agreement with Colledge Trailers Ltd., Middlesbrough, England, to provide U.K. customers with after-sales service and support for their Titan Trailers equipped with Keith Walking Floor unloader systems and tipper trailers.

“We were very impressed with their capability and feel that they have what it takes to be a part of the Titan Trailer family in terms of providing service to our customers,” Mike Kloepfer, Titan Trailer president and head of trailer design, says. “They, like us, are a family owned and operated business and understand our expectations on how important they are to the overall customer experience.”

Geoff Colledge of Colledge Trailers was first introduced to Titan through one of the company’s leaflets. “I had heard good things about Titan Trailers, but when I started to do the research, I liked everything I read right down to the Kloepfer’s business philosophy and Mike’s approach to designing and building trailers. I followed up with a number of emails back and forth to Mike and Sandy Kloepfer and decided to make the trip to Canada to offer the services of our new facility.” 

Kloepfer says, “After a visit to their new facility, we feel that Colledge Trailers is geared to our business. Their 2.5 acre site with secure parking (including CCTV) on a major thoroughfare has two overhead cranes, two inspection pits and a specially constructed safety platform to service and repair trailer roofs.” He adds, “But, even more important than their facility is their attitude and approach to looking after the Titan customer.”
