Equipment and technology provider CDE Group will offer virtual tours of some of its sand and aggregate wet processing systems at the AGG1 trade fair in Nashville, Tennessee, from March 25-27.
The company’s washing, reclamation and waste diversion systems include some that target the creation of marketable sand and gravel, which CDE says are in a supply and demand imbalance situation in the United States.
The firm launched a new trade-in deal for its EvoWash sand washing plant in part to address that imbalance.
At the March event, CDE, which is based in the United Kingdom with a U.S. office in Texas, will offer a “Window to the World” presentation, which it says uses “cutting-edge technology to present its solutions and projects virtually, providing viewpoints otherwise not possible at the Music City Center in Nashville,” the venue for AGG1.
CDE says visitors in Nashville can participate in 360-degree virtual site tours of numerous projects. The company’s display also will include rendered animations to provide insight to CDE technology and portray existing projects.
“Through our digital showcase, we hope to illustrate the environmental and economic benefits of CDE’s innovations and how our technological expertise is being utilized by customers around the world to revolutionize sand and aggregate production to help create our best world, a ton at a time,” says Joe Teague, an American vice president of sales with CDE.
“Our digital-first approach not only provides visitors with up-close access to important aspects of our equipment, but also global projects that highlight the scale of our work."
Regarding the AGG1 event, organized by the National Stone, Sand and Gravel Association (NSSGA), Teague says, “We’ve been attending AGG1 for 10 years, and as proud members and partners of the NSSGA, it’s always a pleasure to be at another of the organizations world-class events.”
CDE Group's SmartTech app also will be on display in Nashville. The company says the plant management app has been designed to enable operators to better understand their plant’s performance, schedule maintenance and more easily order parts “from anywhere, at any time.”
