BACE LLC, Charlotte, North Carolina, has announced it has added Joe Saele as director of operations. The addition of Saele as a senior member of BACE's leadership team will support its continued growth in the waste and recycling industry, the company says in a news release.
“BACE had another record year of growth in 2019,” says Frederick Waite, BACE’s chief executive officer. “Adding a leader the caliber of Joe is a huge win for BACE. His experience of over 25 years with organizations like Enterprise Holdings brings the additional depth to our leadership team to support our growth plans for 2020.”
Greg Leon, senior vice president of BACE, adds, “Adding someone like Joe to our team is yet another example of BACE thinking outside the box and doing things differently. His deep knowledge of operations, customer service and delivery will accelerate our ability to bring on additional customers and have the confidence we will continue to exceed their expectations.”
