Wolfgang Kormann, the founder of Austria-based concrete crushing and screening equipment company Rockster Austria International GmbH, died earlier this year after what the company calls “a short and serious illness.”
Kormann founded the company in 2004 and, according to a tribute posted to the company’s website, “created his life's work with great commitment, immense passion and developed it into an internationally recognized company.”
Continues the Rockster tribute, “With tireless personal commitment, imagination and determination, he drove the continuous development of the company forward and his enthusiasm for new markets and developments have changed and shaped the company lastingly.”
The company says it will continue to design and make equipment to serve recycled aggregates producers in Europe and beyond.
“As a Rockster team, we will continue and develop Wolfgang Kormann’s life’s work with full motivation and honest respect for his great personal achievements with competence and passion.”
