Orlando, Florida-based Sustainable Green Team Ltd. (SGTM) has announced that its Mulch Manufacturing Inc. subsidiary has secured a purchasing agreement with The Kroger Co. to supply the 94 stores in that firm’s Louisville, Kentucky, division.
The Kroger Co. is the largest United States supermarket chain by revenue, at $121.16 billion for fiscal year 2019, according to SGTM, and the fifth largest retailer in the world.
“Securing a mulch and soil purchasing agreement with the Louisville Kentucky division of The Kroger Co. is an honor and our first step to expand further into their other divisions,” states SGTM CEO and Director Tony Raynor.
In addition to Mulch Manufacturing Ltd., SGTM operates National Storm Recovery LLC, which engages in post-storm tree removal, debris hauling and debris management, and Central Florida Arborcare, which engages in tree care, removal and related services, including stump grinding, grapple hauling and storm recovery.
