Superior Industries, Morris, Minn., has announced that it will show its full-scale, comprehensive component line at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2011, March 22-26, in booth S-640 in Las Vegas.

Superior Industries’ sales and engineering staff will be on hand to discuss features, benefits and applications as attendees view current and newly launched idlers, pulleys and return rolls. Visitors also will be able to view the latest guarding, belt cleaning and training accessories.

Launching at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2011 will be Superior Industries’ Exterra SFL Dual Belt Cleaner, a primary and secondary belt cleaner/scraper designed with one mounting point and a common tensioning device for ease of installation and operation. The Exterra SFL Dual Belt Cleaner is available with a tungsten carbide or AR (abrasion-resistant) steel secondary blade.

Also launching is Superior Industries’ CEMA- (Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association-) rated Chevron Wing Pulley, available in 10- and 20-inch diameters and in 20- to 63-inch face widths, which features integral hub end-discs for increased pulley life. According to Superior, the V-shaped, patented chevron wing pulley deflects fugitive material and extends conveyor belt life.

Also on display are the mine duty and Super Duty Chevron Wing Pulleys as well as Mine Duty and Super Duty Drum Pulleys and a Super Duty Wing Pulley.

Superior Industries Navigator Return Trainer is a recently released next-generation belt tracking solution, which provides continuous alignment, centering the belt and reducing or eliminating any belt damage, the company says.

The full range of Superior Industries’ CEMA-rated idlers (B through F) offer interchangeability that allows retrofitting to competitor stands.
