GENESIS DEMOLITION RECYCLER 150
Genesis Attachments, Superior, Wis., has introduced its Genesis Demolition Recycler (GDR) 150 to accompany its GDR 200 and 300 models. Features include:
• Designed for use with machines in the 15-metric-ton weight class
• Can be ordered in any of three available configurations–shearing, concrete cracking or concrete pulverizing–making the attachment well-suited for cutting pipe, rebar or structural steel, crushing concrete or acting as a sizing screen
• Jaw opening of 26 inches and depth of 25 inches
• Delivers 85 tons of crushing force at the tip
• Large-bore cylinder and a regeneration valve to eliminate the need for an intensifier and a complex hydraulic system

ADM ASPHALT SYSTEMS
Asphalt Drum Mixers Inc. (ADM), Huntertown, Ind., is offering four models of portable and stationary recycling systems to improve the cost-efficiency of asphalt plants. Features include:
• Allow plants to use milled material in hot mix asphalt (HMA)
• 15-ton capacity
• Continuously welded at the seams
• Bins contain angle irons and midsection stiffeners for reinforcement and sloped sidewalls to prevent material from plugging or bridging
• Conveyor introduces RAP into the dried aggregate mix after heating process
• Based on conditions, up to 50 percent of the HMA can contain recycled pavement

Montreal-based Major Wire has introduced its OptimumWire woven screen media. Features include:
• Manufactured with a high carbon and high manganese content
• Provides up to 40 percent longer wear life compared with traditional woven wire of the same diameter
• High ductility, hardness and tensile strength provide protection against breaking
• Reduces blinding, particularly in warm weather
• Withstands abrasive properties of recycled concrete and demolition debris
• Manufactured with a wire opening tolerance of plus-or-minus 3 percent for producing consistently sized material
