TRAMAC V1800 HYDRAULIC BREAKER
Tramac has introduced the V1800 into its line of heavy-range hydraulic breakers.
• The V1800 weighs 3,913 pounds.
• With an operating pressure of 2,394 psi, it has a flow range of 37 to 58 gallons per minute.
• It is rated at an impact energy class of 6,000 foot-pounds and has an impact frequency range of 310 to 500 blows per minute.
• Some wear parts are field-replaceable without dismounting the breaker from the carrier.
• Up to 2.5 gallons per minute can be diverted through the integrated flow control to protect the breaker from carrier overflow.
• A high back-pressure tolerance of 363 pounds per square inch allows the V1800 to be easily installed on a wide range of carriers.
• As with all Tramac heavy-range breakers, the V1800 comes with variable-speed breaker technology.
• The heavy-duty, abrasion-resistant cradle also protects the hammer and its internal components from damage and excessive wear.

ATLAS COPCO SB 302 HYDRAULIC BREAKER
Atlas Copco Construction Tools LLC has introduced its first mid-range addition to the company’s generation of SB hydraulic breaker attachments, the SB 302.
• It is designed for demolition, road construction, trenching, landscaping and secondary breaking.
• The 670-pound breaker is suitable 4.5- to-9-metric-ton carriers.
• The SB 302 delivers a maximum impact rate of 1,380 blows per minute.
• The hydraulic breaker requires oil flow of 13.2 to 21.9 gallons per minute at a pressure range of 1,450 to 2,175 pressure per square inch.
• A new hammer mechanism with recoil dampening helps reduce vibrations and lower noise.

CATERPILLAR TRACK LOADERS
Caterpillar Inc. has introduced three new additions to its line of rubber-track loaders, models 279C, 289C and 299C.
• The loaders have rated operating capacities of 3,200, 3,850 and 4,150 pounds at 50 percent of tipping load.
• The loaders deliver solid traction and reduced wear on sites with sticky, rocky soil.
• All three models feature two-speed drive systems, with a maximum speed of 8.5 miles per hour.
• Net-horsepower ratings are 82 for the 279C and 289C and 90 for the 299C.
• Lift-arm-path design is radial for the 279C and vertical for the 289C and 299C.

GRASAN MOBILE SCREEN PLANTSGrasan’s mobile screen plants are available in sizes up to 8 inches by 24 inches with inclined screens and sizes up to 7 inches by 20 inches with horizontal screens.
• Inclined units can be equipped with spray bars and slurry flume for washing applications.

Inertia Machine, a manufacturer of screens and crushers, has introduced the 5066 Tracker mobile crusher designed for quarried stone and recycled asphalt and concrete.
• The 5066 crushers features hydraulically-driven tracks and a removable triple axle for ease of transportation.
• The crusher has a 14-cubic-yard non-heaping hopper and a 60-inch-by-18-foot vibrating grizzly feeder with a 4-foot grizzly section and variable speed drive.
