EAGLE CRUSHER HYBRID TRAXX

Eagle Crusher Co. has introduced the Hybrid Traxx, its latest track-mounted impactor plant. The Hybrid Traxx is designed for a variety of applications, including reinforced concrete, asphalt, limestone, sand and gravel, C&D debris and rubble.

The new design features diesel electrical power for both the impactor and the plant, with hydraulic operation powering the tracks.

The Hybrid Traxx is transportable, with a compact design that can work in tandem with other stationary or mobile equipment.

The machine has a 42-inch by 40-foot conveyor fixed at a10-foot long discharge height, allowing for direct loading of trucks.

The Hybrid Traxx is equipped with the UltraMax II 4144
impactor.

It has hydraulically adjustable curtains for precise product control and reduced wear costs.

Powered by a 325-horsepower engine, the mobile plant features a 5/8-inch steel hopper, a 42-inch by 32-inch feed opening and a 25-hp variable speed feeder control.

The Hybrid Traxx has a sculptured three-bar, solid steel rotor.

STANLEY LABOUNTY BUCKET LINKAGE SHEARS

Stanley LaBounty has introduced a new generation of its Bucket Linkage Shears, the models BLS 2000 and BLS 3000.

The BLS 2000 is designed for use with machines in the 40,000 to 65,000 pound weight class, while the BLS 3000 is designed for machines in the 65,000 to 85,000 pound weight class.

The shears feature the 180-degree reversible Saber Tip and lower cross blade.

Tapped cutting blades allow the shear blades to be easily removed and with more bolt-on componentry, maintenance time is significantly reduced, according to the manufacturer.

Other improvements include increasing the amount of high strength steel in critical areas and increasing pin sizes to withstand the higher forces generated by today’s more powerful excavators.

These models are designed with multi-machine mounting brackets and do not require additional hydraulics to operate.

TEREX TL260 COMPACT WHEEL LOADER

Terex Construction Americas has introduced a compact wheel loader.

The model TL260 has articulated, full hydraulic steering for fast and low effort steering even at lower engine speeds.

In addition, the operator is positioned on the new redesigned rear frame section for greater control and visibility.

The single pin articulated joint provides large support area for increased life, according to the manufacturer.

The hydrostatic, four-wheel drive with limited slip differentials and optional two-speed axles provides easy operation and variable speed control in forward and reverse for high traction capability.

The operating weight is 32,855 pounds and the loader has a bucket capacity of 3.3 to 6 cubic yards.

SUPERIOR INDUSTRIES CEMA F IDLERS

Superior Industries has introduced the CEMA F idler line as a solution to extreme material capacities and material size in the bulk material handing industry.

The CEMA F idler has 20-degree, 30-degree and 45-degree troughing idlers available in 7-inch and 8-inch diameters. and belt widths of 36 inches to 96 inches.

Belt widths on the idler line are available in two sizes: 36 inches and 96 inches

The 3,000-pound (2,800-pound on a 96-inch belt width) load rating on troughing idlers is based on a minimum L10 life of 60,000 hours at 500 rpm.

ROCKLAND DEMOLITION LOADER BUCKETS

Rockland has introduced demolition loader buckets, which are designed to dig, load, doze, grab, carry, rip and tear.

Manufactured from high-strength, heat-treated alloy steel, these heavy-duty buckets will push over walls, grip and carry materials and load debris, according to the manufacturer. With the clamp closed, they can even be used in place of a dozer.

A slotted, extended spillplate on the DB Demolition Buckets improves operator visibility and protects the loader.

The reinforced moldboard and built-in protection for the hydraulic cylinders eliminate common bucket problems for demolition contractors, according to Rockland. The buckets are customizable with any tooth system desired. They come complete from the factory with jumper hoses that connect to standard boom arm piping and mount using standard factory pins.

VERMEER TG5000 TUB GRINDER

Vermeer Manufacturing Co. has introduced the TG5000 tub grinder, its latest addition to the line of debris recycling technology.

The TG5000 uses a six-cylinder Tier 3 diesel engine with two options: Cat C15 540-hp or a Cat C13 440-hp. An extra large cooling system with a high capacity radiator allows it to work longer.

The tub opening is 60 inches deep and 12 feet wide. The bottom of the tub flares outward from the tub wall, allowing the hammermill to cut under the vertical wall of the tub, helping to reduce bridging and permitting steady feeding of material. Tub rotation is driven by a low-speed, high-torque hydraulic motor and positive chain drive for greater durability.

A non-loader machine weighs approximately 45,000 pounds and a machine equipped with a loader feature weighs approximately 63,000 pounds.

AIM HYDRA-LOCK QUICK COUPLERS

Aim Attachments has introduced a line of Hydra-Lock hydraulic quick couplers.

The HL quick couplers are designed for use with OEM configured attachments. The couplers feature a simple design, in which no pin removal is needed for an easy exchange of a variety of attachments, making an excavator a multi-purpose machine.

Allows for one-man operation, allowing the easy exchange of attachments.

No special modifications needed for attachments such as buckets, hammers, rakes or rippers.

All couplers include a durable lifting hook.

Built-in safety check valves help eliminate electrical fault and human errors that cause accidents. The cylinder will not disengage when pressure is lost in the hydraulic line. A warning buzzer for the cab is also standard.

Multi-position manual safety pin for added safety.

MUSTANG ZERO-TAIL-SWING COMPACT EXCAVATOR

Mustang Manufacturing Co. has introduced a new zero-tail-swing compact excavator model to its selection of 12 compact excavators—the model 2803ZT.

The 2803ZT offers additional stability, a large, comfortable operator’s station and easy access to maintenance points.

The slim machine also offers a sturdy track width and optional counterweight, creating an even more stable machine.

Also features a side-mounted engine and rear-mounted hydraulic and fuel tanks, giving mechanics easy access to all maintenance points.

Transport by trailer is possible with the new compact excavator, thanks to its low weight.

Capable of two driving speeds, the model has pilot-operated pedals and an X-shaped chassis frame of high strength steel.
