Mac Trailer TipperMax

With a lowered center floor to handle higher waste capacities while maintaining standard ride height, TipperMax is an aluminum drop-center tipper trailer from Alliance, Ohio-based Mac Trailer Enterprises Inc. The design eliminates the need for low-profile suspensions and tires, the company says, enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing payload. Features include:

  • various configurations, including lengths ranging from 48 feet to 53 feet and tandem or multiaxle setups
  • the ability to tailor the trailer to specific applications, such as transporting recyclables, wood chips or municipal solid waste
  • a standard ride height and tire sizing to allow the streamlining of parts across fleets of tippers and moving floors
  • 16 percent more load capacity than a standard tipper when comparing 53-foot designs
  • a highly engineered floor angle to unload more efficiently
  • load capacities of up to 158 cubic yards while using standard ride height suspensions, setting it apart from drop-deck tipper trailer designs
