
Kleeman Mobiscreen MSS 802(i) Evo

Kleeman, which is part of Germany-based Wirtgen Group, has introduced its new Mobiscreen MSS 802(i) Evo, a machine capable of crushing and screening recycled aggregate and natural stone. The machine is the successor to Kleeman’s MS 15 Z product line. Some of the Mobiscreen MSS 802(i) Evo’s features include:
- a feed capacity of 500 tons per hour
- side conveyors that fold up, which reduces set-up time
- a variety of screen surfaces and the simple setting of screening parameters make it possible to adapt to new application conditions
- a high discharge height that allows for high stockpiles
- a H-Drive diesel-hydraulic drive

Metso Trellex GS panel

Finland-based Metso says its Trellex GS modular screening media panel is designed for ease of use and efficient, long-term use with minimal downtime. Features of the Trellex GS panel include:
- a product design that can offer users long wear life
- polyurethane and rubber construction that minimizes pegging and blinding, increasing uptime
- the ability to swap out individual panels as they become worn, minimizing costs and waste
- screen deck layout that can be modified to adapt to changing processing conditions
- panels that are half the size of typical screens, making them easy to handle, stock and maintain

Komatsu PC900LC-11 excavator

Built for ruggedness and versatility, the PC900LC-11 is based on the PC900LC-8, according to Komatsu, which has North American offices in Chicago. The PC900LC-11 has exceptional power and digging abilities and is designed for demolition, material handling, deep sewer, water, excavation and quarry work, Komatsu says. Some of its features include:
- KomVision, a 360-degree monitoring system with six cameras
- a counterweight system that can be removed, which provides easier transport of the machine
- increased bucket and lifting capacity and greater digging force than the previous model
- a cross-aisle walkway for standing access to different areas of the machine, providing easy routine maintenance
