
Hamm mobile compactors
Designed to streamline the process of crushing and compacting recyclable concrete, mixed soils, stones and other materials, the HC 250 C VC and HC 250i C VC are lower-emissions models of Hamm’s mobile rock and rubble compacting and crushing machine. The Hamm brand of Germany-based Wirtgen Group, a John Deere company, says the compactors can cut carbon dioxide emissions by up to 50 percent, depending on the application for which they are used. Their other features include:
- heavy-duty tires to enable the 25-ton machines to work in rocky and uneven terrain
- an extended backrest and air-sprung driver’s seat are available as options for operator comfort
- a “vibration crusher,” or VC, capability designed to crush and compact in a single work step
- a versatile tool holder system on the HC 250 C VC model for quick and simple changes with no need for customized tools

Develon HB-Series hydraulic breakers
Two new HB-Series hydraulic breakers, the HB06H and HB15FH, from Suwanee, Georgia-based Develon are engineered for productivity in breaking concrete and rock in demolition, mining and quarry and general construction applications. Their features include:
- compatibility with Develon’s DX62R-7 and DX63-7 mini excavators, the DX140LC-7 and DX140LCR-7 crawler excavators and the DX140W-7 wheel excavator
- an advanced heat treatment process and high-quality materials for key components to enhance durability
- optimized and certified for select Develon 6-metric-ton mini excavators and 14-metric-ton crawler and wheel excavators

SonicAire dust control fans
SonicAire, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, says its new XZ210 and XZ215 dust control fans, designed to tackle combustible dust in Class II Division 1 (CIID1) environments, protect against dust accumulation. SonicAire says the fans combine advanced engineering and robust design to minimize combustible dust hazards in hard-to-reach areas. Features include:
- the ability to rotate 360 degrees while oscillating vertically, offering comprehensive coverage for an entire facility
- a maximum vertical range of motion on the XZ210 to cater to facilities with ample overhead clearance, while the XZ215 is a compact and versatile solution for shorter spaces
