HKD Blue V-400GT self-contained water-atomizing canon
HKD Blue, Natick, Massachusetts, has released its next-generation V-400GT dust-control cannon, designed to match the production of the previous V-500 models while reducing energy costs. Features of the new water-atomizing cannon include:
- the ability to project mist 225 feet and provide area coverage of 145,000 square feet
- an anti-clogging center nozzle with variable flow control ranging from 10 to 60 gallons per minute
- full remote-control functionality, including oscillation parameters, spray angle and water flow
- a galvanized steel dual-axle trailer, storage box and leveling jacks

- a maximum load capacity of 20,000 pounds and a maximum lift height of 16 feet
- a 200-horsepower Cummins QSB6.7 Tier 4 diesel engine with diesel oxidation catalyst and selective catalytic reduction aftertreatment
