Stanley LaBounty Announces Improvements to Saber Lube Shears
Stanley LaBounty, Two Harbors, Minn., has announced several improvements to its Saber Lube Series Shears. These improvements are expected to provide its customers with even more benefit as seen with its original introduction, according to a company press release.
Improvements include:
• Improved, high pressure and high volume grease pump for consistent grease flow to the various grease points;
• More grease points for more consistent greasing along the entire blade surface, resulting in lower blade wear and better cutting efficiency;
• Application specific, grease metering system allows for adjustable (up to three times original design) in flow to each grease point, depending upon the application;
• Patented, 4-bolt, 180-degree reversible saber tip on MSD 2500 models and up for longer life in severe duty applications; and
• Patented LaBounty built reversible cylinders with a solid forged rod design built for mobile shearing applications where the high duty/high shock loads are the norm, not the exception.

Muscle-Mate Introduces Line of Hydraulic-Powered Magnets
Muscle-Mate, a Tramac Corp. brand, has introduced its new line of hydraulic-powered magnets. The TMAG series of magnets are available in four sizes ranging from 770 pounds to 6,600 pounds with flow ranges of 4 to 12 gpm. The TMAG can be installed on any type of carrier that has a hydraulic source available. The generator is housed in the assembly and requires no additional plumbing. Mounting is fast and easy using a chain or bracket, according to the manufacturer.
The TMAG is designed for concrete recycling, removal of metals at wood grinders, rebar removal on bridge deck demolition and general site cleanup. Lifting capacities are a function of the carrier’s specifications.
The TMAG magnet can be activated by a breaker button or foot pedal. Demagnetizing occurs when the flow is stopped. The TMAG has built-in protection to avoid overheating and excessive flow. The sturdy construction of the housing provides protection to the internal mechanisms, reducing downtime and maintenance.

Superior Industries Expands Dealer Partnership
Superior Industries, Morris, Minn., a manufacturer of conveyor systems and components, has announced that McCourt & Sons Equipment Inc. is its new, exclusive equipment dealer throughout Louisiana and Mississippi.

DII Attachments Introduces Geith Precision Line
DII Attachments, comprised of the Geith, Tramac and Montabert brands, has introduced Geith Precision, a line of attachments for the demolition, scrap and recycling industries. Geith Precision attachments are designed to function in all states of demolition and scrap processing, including the primary, secondary, sorting, handling and recycling stages. The initial product offering includes multiprocessors, rotating and fixed pulverizers, rotating steel shears, mechanical crushers and mechanical grapples.
The Geith Precision multiprocessor is available in nine different models to fit excavator weights from 7,700 pounds up to 154,300 pounds. The multiprocessor is available with five different jaw types including concrete jaws for cutting concrete, steel jaws for processing metal, pulverizing jaws for crushing concrete and cutting rebar, combination jaws for processing concrete and metal and tank jaws for cutting steel plate.
For pulverizing applications, the rotating pulverizer is available in five different models for excavators weighing between 26,400 pounds and 220,400 pounds. The fixed pulverizer is available in two models for excavators from 44,100 pounds to 77,200 pounds. Both have replaceable rebar cutting blades.
The steel shear will fit on nearly any size excavator between 33,100 pounds and 220,500 pounds and is available in six different models. The shears are designed for continuous 360-degree rotation with an internal break to ensure the operator is able to easily execute a precise cut at the right place and right angle.
The mechanical crusher is available in seven different models for excavators between 14,000 and 160,000 pounds. The grapple is designed to fit excavators between 10,000 pounds and 180,000 and features a three-over-two-tine configuration.

Fintec Unveils New Track-Mounted Impactor
Fintec Crushers and Screens Ltd. has introduced a new track-mounted mobile crusher, the 1440. The track-mounted mobile unit equipped with a field proven Sandvik impact crusher.
The new model is powered by a fuel efficient 330 kW Cat C-13 Tier 3 compliant diesel engine. The Fintec 1440 is carried on a maneuverable tracked undercarriage and incorporates a Sandvik PR301D impactor with a fluid clutch drive.
Optional equipment includes a remote diesel and water pump, an over-band magnet for recycling and demolition applications and a dolly chassis for ease of transport.
The machine is designed to deliver throughputs from 300 to 350 metric tons per hour in materials including granite, slate, limestone, brick and asphalt and is suitable for a wide variety of many applications such as secondary or fine crushing of softer rocks and in various demolition and recycling applications.
