2. Warren & Baerg horizontal grinder. Dinuba, California-based Warren & Baerg has added the Model G2100-26-400 grinder to the its line of square bale grinders. Features include:
- designed to feed two 4-foot by 4-foot by 8-foot bales side by side, to allow the blending of two different types of material at the same time
- can either be a high-volume pregrinder or a one-step single grinder system down to one-eighth-inch screens
- electrically powered with two 200-horsepower motors or lower-horsepower motors for lower tonnage applications

3. Allu screener crusher bucket. Allu, Teterboro, New Jersey, has introduced its D-Series screener crusher bucket attachment in more than 60 models to fit excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers or back hoes. Features include:
- power adjustment valve prevents overloads and promotes powerful startup and rotation
- capable of screening and crushing wet or dry material from 0.6- to 6-inch fragment sizes
- hydraulics are located near the rear of the piece of equipment, and patented fender plates protect the bearings and seals, keeping nuts and bolts away from the material flow

4. Edge Innovate basket system. Edge Innovate, Northern Ireland, has recently launched the basket system that can be used with the its Slayer XL slow-speed shredder. Features include:
- material is shredded to the required particle size in one pass, cutting down on production times and operating costs
- come in various apertures ranging from approximately 2 to 10 inches
- XL range can be supplied with up to 12 different shaft configurations, making the machine suitable for a wider range of applications
- has bolt-on tools with two cutting edges, doubling tooth life
- can cut and shred, allowing the Slayer to process difficult-to-handle materials at a high throughput capacity but with low engine output
