- Powered by a Komatsu SAA6D140E-6 engine with a net horsepower of 353 and is EPA Tier 4 Interim and EU Stage 3B emission certified
- Operating weight of 76,611 pounds when equipped with a 7.3 cubic-yard general purpose bucket and a maximum speed of 22.1 mph.

3. Chicago Pneumatic HBP Breakers. Chicago Pneumatic, Independence, Ohio, has updated its line of High Back Pressure (HBP) breakers. Features include:
- Available in three sizes: BRK 55 HBP for road building and maintenance applications; BRK 70 HBP for heavier demolition jobs and the BRK 95 HBP, a super-duty hydraulic breaker
- Breakers work from the auxiliary output of most skid steers when used in conjunction with an oil flow divider
- Able to accept up to 515 psi (pounds per square inch) of back pressure; high pressure tolerance also permits the use of longer hoses on job sites where space and access can be an issue, says the company

4. L&P Pinnacle II Wire-Tie System. L&P Wire-Tie, a Carthage, Mo.-based manufacturer of bale containment systems, has introduced the Pinnacle II Wire-Tie System with CORE Modular Technology. Features include:
- The sequential segment gear offers variable speed, which is designed to minimize wear by gaining momentum as the machine cycles in the tying process, reducing speed at the end of the cycle
- The tying head is fully serviceable from the front and can be disassembled in as little as 15 minutes, according to L&P
- Wire gauges can be changed by swapping out the CORE housed within the Pinnacle Knotter, which contains 80 percent of the tier’s wear parts, within five minutes to maintain uptime, L&P says
- Capable of handling bales of various sizes requiring 13 to 18.5 feet of wire per strap
