All Family of Cos. appoints Ohio sales manager

All Family of Cos., a crane rental and sales company based in Cleveland, has announced new appointments within two of its subsidiary businesses.

Josh Bacci will serve as Ohio Sales Manager of All Erection & Sales Corp. in Cleveland and Josh Doyle will serve as the general manager for ALT Sales Corp., Richfield, Ohio.   

According to a news release, Bacci previously served as general manager of ALT Sales Corp. He began his career with the All Family of Cos. in 2005 and has served various roles in operations and sales. In his new role, Bacci will oversee sales teams at Ohio branches based in Cleveland, Columbus, Toledo and Lima. He will continue to work with branch leaders and sales teams.

Bacci’s promotion follows the retirement of Norm Rados as sales manager. Rados started with All in 1978, first as an oiler and then as an operator, working primarily on a contract basis with local steel mills. The company says Rados combined years in the seat and exacting lift planning with a natural business sense and an easy-going way of forging relationships. This made him an ideal candidate as the company’s first dedicated sales manager. Bacci will work alongside Rados through March to ensure a seamless transition.
