Longwood, Florida-based Waste Pro has acquired Celebration Demolition Services (CDS) of Davenport, Florida. Through this acquisition, which includes CDS’ contracts and containers, Waste Pro will be providing commercial roll-off services to businesses in Greater Polk County, with plans for expansion to surrounding municipalities.
Waste Pro says the acquired facility will deploy three trucks “equipped with high-tech traffic safety equipment to prevent accidents, personal injury and property damage.”

The firm serves more than 2 million residential and 40,000 commercial customers from more than 75 operating locations and has more than 230 municipal contracts and franchises.
